These Terms of Service govern the purchase of artworks through this online store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth below.

1. General Information

All artworks offered through this website are sold by the artist or the artist’s studio. By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms of Service.

2. Products

The artworks offered in this online store are original works of art and/or limited editions, as described in the respective product listings.

Due to the handcrafted nature of the artworks, slight variations in appearance, texture, color, or finish may occur. Such variations do not constitute defects.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on this website are shown in the indicated currency.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods provided during checkout. Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully received.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Worldwide shipping is included in the purchase price unless otherwise stated.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2–3 weeks after full payment has been received. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and the shipping carrier.

While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. The seller shall not be held responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs authorities, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond reasonable control.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details may be charged to the customer.

5. Customs Duties and Import Charges

For international shipments, shipping costs are covered by the seller.

We are not responsible for custom fees on orders putside of germany.

Any customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), brokerage fees, handling charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

These charges are not included in the purchase price and, where applicable, must be paid by the recipient upon import.

If a customer refuses to pay applicable customs duties or import charges and the shipment is returned, any expenses incurred as a result of the return, including return shipping costs and customs-related fees, may be deducted from any refund issued at the seller’s discretion.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Due to the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of the artworks, all sales are final.

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds are not accepted, except in cases where the artwork arrives damaged or defective.

7. Damaged or Defective Artworks

If an artwork arrives damaged or defective, the customer must notify the seller within 48 hours of delivery by email.

The notification must include:

• the order number,

• clear photographs of the damaged artwork, and

• photographs of the original packaging and shipping materials.

Failure to provide this information within the specified timeframe may result in the claim being denied.

Upon review of the claim, the seller may, at their sole discretion, offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase, shipment, possession, or use of the artworks.

9. Intellectual Property

All artworks, images, designs, text, and other content displayed on this website remain the intellectual property of the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The purchase of an artwork does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights to the customer. The artwork may not be reproduced, distributed, published, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of the artist.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
